We are now looking for a technician/constructor at Hydramobil AB in Skellefteå. One of our employees is retiring this summer, and we are therefore seeking a new colleague who wants to grow with us in the long term.

About the Company

Hydramobil AB is a well-established family business in Skellefteå. We work with the purchase and sale of hydraulic products as well as planning, construction, manufacturing, and sales of customized hydraulic equipment.

We currently have 12 employees with a turnover of approximately 56 million SEK. The organization is flat, decision-making paths are short, and engagement is high. With us, you will be involved in development and have the opportunity to work on what you enjoy.

Your Responsibilities

As a constructor/hydraulic technician with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you are involved in the entire chain – from idea and design to assembly, testing, and customer contact. Everyone here “pitches in where needed,” even constructors assemble and follow projects all the way through.

The work involves a lot of problem-solving and requires a practical and solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Design within hydraulics and mechanics
Dimensioning and calculation of systems and components
Selection and purchase of hydraulic and mechanical components
Assembly and testing of equipment
Customer contact and technical advice
Problem-solving in both project and operational phases
In the long term, the opportunity to work more with electrical, control, and regulation technology as well as PLC

You will initially work alongside colleagues and receive a proper introduction. There are good opportunities for further education, for example in hydraulics, electricity, control, and regulation.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities and interest, but we would like you to have a technical background in one of the following areas:

Mechanics
Electrical/control and regulation technology
Hydraulics

Today you may be a constructor or technician, but you can also be a person with a strong technical interest and a desire to learn. Basic knowledge of CAD is required for the position. If you enjoy building, assembling, and understanding how things work, that is a big plus. Electrical knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement.
